Into the Corporate World (ICW) is a flagship initiative of Live Positively, created to prepare Nigerian students, job seekers, and young professionals for life beyond school, and into the real corporate space.

It exists to solve a critical problem:

"So many brilliant young people leave school with degrees, but no structure, no clarity, and no practical readiness for the real world."

ICW is the bridge.

What is ICW?

Into the Corporate World (ICW) is a 6-month virtual/hybrid cohort program designed to help young Nigerians make the transition from student life to corporate reality, confidently, professionally, and purposefully.

It is an initiative of Live Positively, tailored for:

Students in their 3rd year to final year
NYSC members
Fresh graduates
Young professionals in transition

Our Mission

To equip, expose, and empower the next generation of Nigerians to thrive in structured work environments and confidently take their place in the corporate world, without losing their values or vision.

The ICW Cohorts Program

Duration: 6 Months

Cohort Size: 50 Participants per cohort

Facilitators: Working professionals in HR, Branding, Communication, Finance, etc.

What It Includes:

Weekly/bi-weekly live sessions
Group assignments and accountability partners
Facilitator-led workshops
LinkedIn challenges and growth tasks
Final group projects and recognition
Lifetime alumni community

ICW Internship Program

Participants who complete the ICW cohort can qualify for internship placements through Live Positively’s growing network of partners.

How it works:

Based on performance, participation, and growth
Matching done according to interest, field, and availability
Placements range from 2–6 months
Includes onboarding, support, and evaluation

Interns receive visibility, mentorship, and real work experience, often for the first time.
